Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any unexpected delays, we will communicate any potential delays to you as quickly as possible.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that our product prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties, taxes, and charges that are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
As we ship your orders internationally, they may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – these are not additional shipping charges.
Customs Clearance
You are responsible for ensuring to comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which the products are shipped. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Refusal of Shipment
If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In case the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
